Juan Seguin High School
Arlington Independent School District
Arlington, Texas
Named for Texas patriot and hero, the new Juan Seguin High School is located in southeast Arlington on Silo Road near the Matlock and Eden Road intersection. The project required site development of 118 acres and an extension to Eden road.
In addition to the main learning facility classrooms, the 2-story, 305,000 square foot building contains science labs, computer labs, library, sewing, food and clothing labs, a blackbox theater and auditorium, administrative complex and a common area capped with a soaring barrel vault ceiling. Athletic facilities include a competition gym, practice gym, sports fields for baseball, softball, soccer, track, discus and football stadium.
The project was finished 4 months ahead of schedule and under budget.

First United Methodist Church-Hurst
Hurst, Texas
A 38,000 square foot addition and renovations to the First United Methodist Church-Hurst were completed in February, 2001. Key design elements of the project are the Pre-Function and Narthex areas that allow gathering prior to worship services and other functions. A new full-service kitchen, nursery area and bride’s room were also added. Many of the same materials used in the new construction were also utilized in the renovations, providing a seamless transition between new and existing spaces.
Received an Outstanding Construction Award from the Fort Worth Chapter of Associated General Contractors.

Carroll Junior High School
Carroll Independent School District
Southlake, Texas
This 199,000 square foot project was completed in 1998 for the Carroll I.S.D. It was built in anticipation of being the District’s second high school in the future. Included within the scope of the project was complete site development that included a competition football field with all-weather running track, field events and bleachers, competition baseball and softball fields with grandstands, and four new tennis courts. Site development also included new parking and landscaping.
Recognized by the Fort Worth Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for a Merit Award for Excellence in Architecture. Also received an Outstanding Construction Award from the Fort Worth Chapter of the Associated General Contractors.

Charlie & Kit Moncrief Building
Will Rogers Memorial Center
Fort Worth, Texas
Completed in 1995 on the eve of the Centennial Fort Worth Stock Show, this 171,000-square-foot facility contains the W.R. Watt Arena and livestock accommodations for Stock Show and other equestrian events.
This project was completed on a fast track, 11-month schedule for the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show and the City of Fort Worth.

The Keith Building
Headquarters for the Law Firm of
Darrell Keith, P.C.
Fort Worth, Texas
Completed in 1996 this landmark project is located at the corner of Seventh Street and the Trinity River as you enter Downtown Fort Worth from the West.
Noted for its distinguished brickwork and stunning nighttime lighting, this project has become part of Fort Worth’s downtown landscape.

Additions and Alterations to
James W. Martin High School
Arlington I.S.D.
Arlington, Texas
This project consisted of over 190,000-square-feet of new additions at an existing high school campus. The additions were located on all four sides of the existing school building, which remained in operation. When completed in 1997, it was believed that this was the largest high school under one roof in the State of Texas.
Recognized by the Fort Worth Chapter of Associated General Contractors and the Texas State Building Branch for Outstanding Achievement in Construction.
